if there was “pit etiquette” let be the first to say this.

if a pit happens and you are around it and you dont want to be there, move, i moved in the pit to be in the pit not to stand next to you. and if you dont want to move then push, but dont be a dick about it, and expect me not to come your way when the pit moves towards you. people dance, thrash, and sing in a pit. but hardcore dancing is not cool. if you get down like that that’s your buisness. but if my hands are out and your swinging, respect my space. dont be a tough guy asshole hardcore kid. and if you see a whole bunch of kids moshing dont be the asshole to try to break it up by hardcore dancing in the middle of it. you have nothing to prove other than your an asshole if you do that.

in other words be courtieous to other people. and if theres a pit move. whether or not you just want a good view of the band you can always go to the side front and get a great view. but dont expect other people to move out of their way at a show. cause its basically where ever you are at thats where your gonna be. and if you want to get up front, sometimes the only answer is moshing up there.

i hate it when people talk shit about pits. like yeah hardcore dancing isnt even a part of real moshing. thats just how some kids get down. but im always down to mosh cause im punk as fuck, and if im feelin it i will do it!
